All Judicial Powers in the University of New Orleans Student Government Association Constitution shall be vested in the UNO SGA Supreme Court and any lower courts established, by UNO SGA policy.

The Supreme Court is comprised of nine (9) Supreme Court Justices.

The Judiciary’s duties would include traffic violations, violations of academic integrity, violations of the University Code of Conduct in addition to impeachable offences, any all other duties as prescribed within UNO SGA Policy as defined. The Judiciary, specifically the Supreme Court, is be empowered to hear complaints of, and levy punishments against UNO SGA groups up to, but excluding, their dissolution/banishment from the UNO SGA.
