Executive Committee 2024-2025

Elections

Nominations for Executive Committee members will be requested in April. Elections will be held electronically in May.

Once elected, officers serve for at least one year (July-June). The Treasurer, Recording Secretary, and Corresponding Secretary may be elected to succeed themselves in perpetuity.

The President and Vice-President may be elected for a second term (in either position) but may not succeed themselves for a third year following two consecutive terms. After a break in service of at least one year, a former president or vice-president may be re-elected in any position.

Nominations for officers are made by the membership at large. Nominations may be submitted by email or by responding to a call for nominations at a regularly-scheduled meeting. Members are welcome to nominate themselves.
