The Quality Enhancement Plan, Arrive and Thrive is a 5-year initiative to support first year students in English and Math. It is designed for driven students who are ready to transform their future! The goal is to improve academic performance, persistence, and degree completion through fostering a growth mindset to build confidence. Reinforcing statements like, ‘I’ve got this,’ ‘effort leads to improvement,’ and ‘challenges are part of the journey.'
