Biography
I joined UNO in 2018 after my two-year postdoctoral training in biostatistics at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Before that time, my research focused on qualitative analysis of ordinary differential equations and I published more than 30 peer reviewed research papers in this field. Since 2015 I began to gain strong interests in applied and interdisciplinary subjects, such as, statistics, biostatistics, mathematical modeling, etc., and have published a few journal articles with my collaborators since then.
Research Interests
My current research areas include spatial statistics, count data modeling, longitudinal and survival analysis of clinical data, mathematical modeling in biology, etc.
