Graduate School Scholarships

Graduate School Awards: The Graduate School provides scholarships to incoming graduate students based on nomination of graduate coordinators.

Scholarship Nomination Form  (faculty and staff only) Nominations are currently closed.

Funding is also provided through schools and departments.  Contact your program for more information.


Graduate Assistantships

Graduate Assistants work either 10 or 20 hours a week in a department on campus. Check with your program for availability. Click here for more detailed information.

INNOVATION INTERN  

The Beach at UNO is seeking a highly motivated and creative student intern to join their team, assisting their Innovation & Technology Commercialization Department in various aspects of program/project management, event planning, research, and general office assistance. Career Services Database: Career Services utilizes the Handshake platform to automate the connection process for student and employer profiles, resume and cover letter uploads, job postings, internship/apprenticeship/cooperative experiences, and register for career events tailored to YOUR career interests.

Music Awards: awarded to students pursuing a Masters of Music (MM).  Contact Department of Music for more information.

NRC Research Associateship Programs

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine maintain a database of more than 1,600 research opportunities and administer postdoctoral and senior research awards at participating federal laboratories and affiliated institutions at locations throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Marine Studies Scholarships

Each year, MTS awards funding to outstanding undergraduate and graduate students who are accepted into or enrolled in full-time marine-related programs, with a focus on marine technology, marine engineering, or marine science. Learn more and apply!
