UNO International Studies Program

Major in International Studies!

Students who earn bachelor's degrees in International Studies become more knowledgeable, skilled and engaged global citizens, and emerge from the program prepared to pursue careers in a host of international fields.  Students fulfill core internationally-oriented requirements and a focused, interdisciplinary curriculum, drawing primarily on coursework in Anthropology, Business, Economics, Urban Studies, English, Fine Arts, Geography, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Sociology, and Foreign Languages. Many also study abroad during their undergraduate careers, and most pursue an internship with an internationally-relevant organization of some kind.
