Dedicated to the success of our students, the Undergraduate Professional Advising staff is available to discuss the development of academic, personal, and career goals with our students. Students are welcome to choose between virtual and in-person advising sessions.

Graduation Notification Form – Important Information

Students planning to graduate within the next two academic terms are encouraged to complete the Graduation Notification Form. Completing this form helps ensure that your name appears on the correct graduation list and that your graduation plans are formally shared with the Assistant Dean for degree conferral.

Submitting the Graduation Notification Form enables early review of your academic record, confirms that you are on track for your intended graduation term, and guides you as you plan your final course enrollments. This proactive step helps identify any remaining requirements and supports a smooth and timely path to graduation.

To be eligible for degree conferral, students must meet the minimum academic standards, including a cumulative GPA of 2.0, a University GPA of 2.0, a major area GPA of 2.0, and a major area course GPA of 2.0 for all coursework completed.
